What is the best way to apply the NeoLure Pheromone Cologne?

- Our NeoLure pheromone based cologne can be used as a stand alone fragrance which should be applied to either your wrists, inside arm, armpit, back of the neck, or the middle of the chest. These are the best spots to apply NeoLure for the best results. 

PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to use NeoLure as a standalone fragrance. We have had wild results with customers who are applying NeoLure as a base and layering on top with their favorite cologne!

 

I need to change my address.

- Please contact NeoLure support at support@neolure.com immediately so we may correct your address. Please send us the new or updated address in your first email. We can only make address corrections within the first 24 hours. If you do not contact us by then we will not be responsible for your order arriving to the wrong address and the order will not be eligible for a refund.

 

I need to cancel my order.

- Please contact NeoLure support within 24 hours of your order at support@neolure.com so we may cancel your order. We are unable to cancel any orders after 24 hours as most orders will have been shipped already. If your order has been shipped we cannot cancel. You will have to wait for the order to arrive and we will be happy to send a free return label to you to send your order back. It must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be accepted as a return. Once it has been returned we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect your account.

 

I did not receive my order confirmation.

- Please check your spam/junk folder, please ensure your inbox is not full and able to accept new emails. If you still cannot find your confirmation emails, please email us at support@neolure.com and we will be happy to resend your order confirmation.

 

I did not receive any tracking information / Tracking info is not working

- All orders require 2-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Tracking numbers will be assigned normally within 24 hours and you will receive an email with your tracking information. Even though the tracking number has been assigned, it will not update or show movement until handed over to the postal service. If it has been longer than 3 business days since you placed your order please contact our customer support at support@neolure.com and we will be happy to resend your tracking information.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

- As per our shipping policy immediately available to all customers at the bottom of our website we require 2-3 business days for order processing and then an additional 9-12 business days for delivery. This means that you can expect a maximum of 15 business days for delivery but also could be delivered sooner than this. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. 

 

My tracking has stopped updating / Order has been delayed.

- We understand that your time is very important to you and we know how frustrating the USPS can be with delaying or losing packages. Unfortunately if a package gets delayed or lost this is outside of our control. Although we cannot control the postal service, we can control making sure our customers get exactly what they ordered in a timely manner. If your order becomes delayed or lost in transit, we will immediately resend a replacement order to the customer with expedited 3 day USPS shipping (US based customers only)(Customers outside the US will require standard shipping times as stated in our shipping policy). We can only assume a package has been delayed or stuck if it is exceeding the 15 business day shipping quote. Please only contact us if 15 business days have passed since the date of your order. We cannot send out replacement orders prior to this timeframe.

 

My order arrived damaged.

- Although we do our best to make sure your order arrives to you in a quality manner, we do understand that things sometimes get damaged during the shipping process. If this happens, please contact NeoLure Customer Support at support@neolure.com and provide a picture of the damaged package/product. We will immediately send out a replacement order to you with fast 3 day USPS shipping to replace your damaged or defective order (US based customers).  Customers outside the US will require standard shipping times for replacement orders as stated in our Shipping Policy.

 

I would like to return my order.

 - Not satisfied with your purchase? We understand we can't please everyone but what we can do is make sure you have the best experience if you decide you no longer want your product. As of now we will accept all returns that have not been opened or used. If you change your mind about your order and would like to return for a refund please don't open or use the product! We will gladly send you a free return label so you may send it back. After it has been sent back we will process you a full refund which you can expect to reflect your account within 3-5 business days.

Although we cannot guarantee this product alone will seduce the secret love of your life we can guarantee that your confidence will be boosted 10 fold with your new irresistible smell. Not all humans will react the same way to pheromones. Please understand we only intend this product for use by respectable gentlemen looking to boost their natural pheromones.
